I think I may lay low for a while, unless we do sign Eto'o and I'll come back with an aplogetic speech up there with the great orators of our time. I'm sad it has come to this, all I ever wanted was debate about the state of our once great football club, now left behind by others once not fit to lace our boots. Until then, remember, YNWA.
Just about says it all, not a hint of sarcasm in there either.

Oh and back to the point of the thread, congratulations to Rafa on the tremendous progess he and his staff have made in your first three years at the club.

He's only said it because his parents have got back from the shop and his dad wants use of the PC.

Listen you came in all heavy handed with people and put your hand out to be slapped if you want a debate anyone will debate with you but if you get abusive well people are gonna respond accordingly.

I didnt realise Rafa was the problem. When some of youj wake up and realise what a talent we have in Rafa the better.

Who are we gonna get that can attract talent like Reina and Alonso. How much does it cost to rebuild when everyone leaves.

It's time people realised how lucky we are to have Rafa. I suspect they will in a few weeks when we have finished buying.

There is no manager on the planet who could have taken us to 2 champions league finals in 3 years starting from our squad from the beginning of the 2004-2005 season. It is stunning to see the arrogance of some of the fans.
Remember how it felt when we were playing random UEFA teams when Manchester United were playing glamour ties against Juventus,Madrid. Now we are third in the UEFA seedings, I repeat third. If you ask the fans of other clubs in Europe on whom you would want to avoid in the knockout stages, Liverpool will be very very high on the list.
Agreed that Rafa may have fallen short of expectations in the league. But give the man time, I am sure he will deliver. He is up against extremely gifted managers who either have atleast 10 years experience in the league or an open cheque book.

Spot on post this, some fans think that we should win the league just because we're LFC. The fact is it's the toughest league in the world to win, Ged couldn't do it before Chelsea became billionaires. Now we have Chelsea,Mancs and Arsenal who were in a much better starting position than us when Rafa took over and the last two seasons we've finished above the Arse and have appeared in two CL finals and won an FA cup. My idea is you have to give Rafa more time than he's had at this present time, more cash would also help. People who want to replace him with O'Neill or Hughes ( ****ing ex Manc **** ) really need to have a good think about what their saying.

                        2. Samuel Eto'o will not be a Liverpool player next year.
                        3. We are as far from winning the league with Rafa as we were under Ged.

They are the three serious issues I have become embroiled with. Which bits of this do you disagree with? Be honest, I'm not wrong am I.....
Don't you think it's better to give the guy a chance before writing him
                        off? Free or not

I think rafa has it cracked in europe and the domestic cups to an extent just needs a better suqad to be able to rotate the players how he does.

Apart from the Champo league defeat to Milan the other 2 final losses do not bother me as much.
