Are you talking about the original new Anfield pics Revo, or the new, new Anfield ones? (The one that looks like prisoner cell block H).

As many have said, the pictures probably don't do it justice due to the quality. I'm a bit of a traditionalist so I don't really want a big shiny new stadium, because in my opinion it will date badly. I'm still unsure to be honest.

What I will say is that these plans are a hundred times better than the previous ones.

I agree, better than the original official plans before G&H took over. The red & White 'Croatian' Kop looked a great feature in the first set of pics. And a retractable roof. This 2nd set of pics showed nothing with regards to the stands etc. Just a glorified aluminium looking roof.

you missed everything, some lad posted the pictures and they done the rounds. rawk then contacted the various sites to have the pictures removed sensing the lad was going to get into trouble and get the sack. rupert (like a ****) from the blog did an editorial about koptalk being the last ones as usual to have the information but refused the polite request to have the pictures removed citing censorship. the blog was at an impasse as of this morning but it seems dialogue may be making some progress

Sorry mate where did the retractable roof come in? The roof has to be as simple as possible because of the plans to increase the stadium capacilty.

Thats the main reason why we've had to change the design as the roof on the late design did not allow this.

It was when the first set of pictures were released, there was no roof over the Anny Road end, and with the size/shape of the roof, it was speculated that it could be retractable.
