I thought the number 10 shirt would be reserved for a big name attacking signing who we have been linked with someone like Mancini, Quaresma or Simao. Surprised that's been given to Voronin, I thought we would only see him in Carling cup games etc but maybe he will feature more than we think?

When I heard he was coming, I thought (like a lot of people) "what the **** is that all about?" I'd probably still think that way if he were the only striker coming in. But, all in all, I think it's a good move...he's an established international striker, has played for one of the bigger clubs in Germany, has experience in Europe at club level, and didn't cost us any transfer fee. Not bad for a fourth striker.

I am a bit surprised at him getting number 10 though...I'd rather see a regular starter get that number.

Whatever...I'm going to join the fanclub as well...

Because he is a good versatile attacking player who can score and create and will show show that despite the pathetic response he has received (he has not played for a top German side and for his country so often for nothing you know).

What the hell is wrong with people - haven't seen him play and bagging him out . Who cares if he gets number 10 or number 94 ? He's one of us now , wants to do well , Rafa trusts him , and I for one am excited about it his signing .
