If you lose the top package dont you lose Sky Sports 3 and Xtra as well? I thought they give them to you for 'free' for having the full package.

I am really p issed off with this, not only have we now got to cough out for SKY but also Setanta. So for me with my full subscription Multi box package i would have to pay £60 a month - sod that.

I am a lover of football and where else am i going to get a fix of Premiership football? its not as if ITV, BBC show live Premiership football is it?

Setanta will show Premiership games but third choice Premiership games, games chosen after Sky have cherry picked the best games.

Watch the game on the net using sopcast, well i really don't like the buffering, the quality of the picture or the Chinese commentators.

Stupid EU, they did it to provide us with more 'choice', feck choice, its all about money - Just because the EU bureaucrats are rich does not mean Joe Public is.

isnt the manc one £6.99 a month? If thats the case think of it as getting all the extra prem for £3 a month. Also i read somewere that there getting the FA cup off of sky next year.

All that and there is always the possibility of more hatton fghts on there. I think it a good deal.

to those who say it should be a stand alone channel the response would be that we would be feckwits for doing it coz we didnt learn from the mistakes of scumtv and chavtv. doing it this way means less overheads in terms of carrier fees and subscription services and does get us some money. will be getting setanta soon for the prem season and this makes it even more sense. agree with the point about dropping internet subscription btw.
