Strangely enough when I was setting off from Piccadilly Station in Manchester to get to Birmingham for the flight to Crete before the CL Final, Macari was just getting out of a taxi to travel down to London to work for Sky. he was on Shanks' hitlist - we almost signed him then he changed his mind and signed for the scum. Shanks' said "He couldn't play anyway. I only wanted him for the reserve team!"

Funnily enough, I know a Manc called Cally. And 77 could refer to the FA Cup Final not our league or first European Cup win...

That scuffy ****ing deflected shot from Lou Macari prevented us from winning the treble although of course we did win other trebles in 1984 and 2001 but the Mancs cling on to the desperate belief that theirs in 1999 is the only 'propoh' one...
