I remember all the doubts about Torres

"too lightweight, won't settle, not pacey, not a natural goalscorer".

I'd say he's starting to dispell those doubts.

Watch out the rest of the Premier League, Torres has just shown what he is capeable of
Bill shankly to Tommy Smith after he'd turned up for training with a bandaged knee:
'Take that poof bandage off, and what do you mean YOUR knee, it's LIVERPOOL'S knee !'

"Sorry, boss, I should have kept my legs together," said Lawrence. "No, Tommy, your mother should have kept her legs together!," replied Shankly.

                      * After Tommy Lawrence had let in a fluke goal between his legs

have to admit I couldn't detect much of Andy Gray/Sky's anti-Liverpool pro-Chelski bias when he went into raptures over that goal...

What a perfect home debut.... hat-trick anyone?

Seems like we are totally dominating the game. Keep the pressure on lads and get another goal before half time

                            C'MMOOOONNN YOU REDS !!!!!
