I saw one or two Diomede's but the worst I ever saw was a huge fat bloke who had FERRI on the back of his.

    Why?!?!
Well its true. Ask PLY. He was there.

      Bollocks.

Replica shirts are tacky and naff at the best of times.

A fully grown man with 'Crouchino' is ****ing embarrassing. Especially at ****ing Spurs away. Total whopper.

I'm 36 and wear LFC jerseys, retro and new with ****in' pride.

Every jersey I have has No 5 (as a homage to the immortal and legendary Ronnie Whelan) on it and 'Irish Red' across the shoulders

Sorry Jamo but that's the way it's gonna stay mate

I said this on koptalk back when SO86 got his new Chelsea shirt because it "looked nice"; football shirts are not fashion items, people wear them as a symbol, to nail their colours to the mast, as an exhibition of pride at who they support.

Saying that though, I'm glad I dont support Bristol Rovers

I agree with some of the 'I 8 mancs' type business, but 'Crouchinho' is just a bit of fun really, find it strange you'd post such a thing on an lfc forum.
Im of this opinion also, nothing wrong with wearing the mighty liverbird on your chest

Exactly, who gives a **** what shirt one wears. As far as I'm concerned, the ****ing poorest kid can design his own ****ing shirt, if he bleeds red then it doesn't ****ing matter!!!

Just check this design, it's ****ing class, made by my own resident monkey designer, Deroy Jackbum

Replica shirts are like any other clothes: they're either a good design or they're not.

Not a thing wrong with wearing replica shirts over the age of 14. Can't for the life of me fathom why someone would think there was.

Crouchinho on the back is good craic too, far as I'm concerned. Not what I'd have on mine but what the hey.

As to choosing odd players to have names of on the back, there are a few funny choices kicking about to be sure. 'S up to them though.

I only wear the 70's ones made of something that isnt cheap ****. Couldnt be arsed paying £50 for something that changes every 10 months when I can just get a 70's one for half price and doesnt go out of date.

Ive no problem with old blokes wearing footy shirts if they want tho, the only thing that is strange is great big fat people of any age wearing them. Just doesnt look right.

                            Well said that man.

I'm 47, live in Australia and am sick to death of seeing Manc and Chavs shirts worn by the new generation of soccer fans. My son and I wear our shirts with pride and it usually gives us an opportunity for a history lessons with the wannabees.
Me, I’m either planning a holiday or I’m on one.
