Thanjk you.

He looked in good shape last night. I'd still like extra cover in though, because I think he'd struggle to play three games in one week if Carra or Dan were out for a while.
I hope you're right, but he admitted himself last year that he had no great problem with Agger starting the majority of games because he knew himself he couldn't perform to the highest level week in week out.
I was one, around 2003, wanted him replaced by Boumsong
In all fairness, in his year as captain before Gerrard took over, he was a shadow of his usual self. Losing the responsibility seemed to be a great weight off his shoulders and he soon got back to his usual self. Although I think it also coincided witt Carra partnering him in the centre.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

Kind of underscores the importance of thinking about the middle of your defence in terms of a partnership, as it truly is only as strong as the weakest of the two players. I think Chelski would vouch for that
SH Hope he stays for a 10th year so he can get a well deserved testemonial.
Along with Henchoz & Finnan, Hyypia has been one of the best signings Houllier done.
We do. We now only have 3 recognised centre backs. We are ****ed if we get a couple of injuries.
Er, we have got a couple of injuries and we weren't ****ed...
In fact we've scored six in our last two games and kept a clean sheet in both. Even without Carra and Sami on Saturday we weren't troubled by Sunderland and it was interesting to see JAR play in the centre for the last ten minutes last night with Steve Finnan at left back and Arbeloa at right back.
There is a light that never goes out. RIP Alan "Mally" Johnston and the 96. YNWA.
Sami's a team player. You gotta love the way he conducts himself and will do whatever it takes without whinging and moaning like some. I'd imagine he's easy to manage and if he has any, one of Benitez favorites.
I'm pretty sure he's had a lot to do with Jamie's development into a top class CB too. He is a legend and deserves the league winners medal for what he's given the club. Hard to believe in his time here he's won it all except that. Sometimes in our pursuit of the golden chalice we forget all the other successes we've had.
when things go wrong, don't walk away.
that'll only make it harder.
Sami is a Legend. I'd love to see him finish his career here and take up a coaching role. He deserves it and he would be a Perfect role model for young players
