Thanjk you.

Valencia (for Rafas sake)
CSKA (to get us acclimatised for May)
Rangers( I would love nothing more than to thrash them)
Why on earth would Rafa want to be paired with Valencia?
I agree with the Glove that the three worst teams that we can possibly draw against would be our ideal group and I suspect Rafa and Pako would feel the same way.
Mate, we would piss all over Olympiakos home and away, and they would be very worried about facing us. They hold no fears for us IMO. And to be honest, I'd fancy a Scottish team - yes they'd be whipped into a fervour and give us a good game, but we should qualify regardless and there's the added bonus of not having far to travel.
From your alternative list I'd definitely fancy Marseille. Seeing Cisse and Zenden returning and proving how out of their depth they are appeals to me.
For me, what is important is getting a balance of highly beatable teams and not travelling big distances. We want to get through with as little effort as possible so as not to divert us from the main priority, which must be the league.
It's all academic anyway, we all know we'll get the hardest group possible and Scum the easiest. I think it's written in EUFA's charter or something.
Werder - not too far away, and significally weakened this year
Marseille - could be a fun trip and they are soft
Rosenborg - is in Norway and I can go there...and they are soft
