Well, we changed our normal pre-season training this season and didn't train as hard as we used to do. I wonder if that is the sticking point and that Pako wanted the team to train harder but Rafa overruled him.

Would imagine that it is because Rafa stated he wanted more emphesis put on ball related training for pre season where as Pako wants it on fitness. The only thing I can see it being.

I think it might have something to do with the difference on opin-onions between Pako and Rafa during pre-season training - perhaps, and I'm guessing here, Pako wanted a more intense pre-season, with an emphasis on Fitness, while Rafa wanted more skills and ball work, with a little less running.

Apparently the dispute was over the next LFC Fun Day. Rafa wanted to take the team go karting but Paco insisted bowling was better aerobic fitness.
