    Pasquale Foggia and Steven Taylor...

Both linked with us in the BBC gossip column this morning. Taylor would be a cracking signing in my book. Anyone know anything about Foggia?

Edit: Sorry, didn't see the other Taylor thread. Foggia anyone?

Just what we need...........another central midfielder

At this rate we will have the Two best midfields in the world
Lawrenson:"Well thats 3 good chances they have had in the first 3 minutes of this half"

Motson:"" Yes Mark, you could almost say that they have had 3 chances in as many minutes"

Lawrenson: Errr I thought I just did say that, John"

          he's not a central mid....more of a Yossi type.

I like Steven Taylor, think he is a solid player, good long term replacement for Carra.
As for Foggia? never heard of him.

Liverpool launch opening £8M Foggia offer
                    tribalfooball.com - September 10, 2007

Liverpool have tabled an opening bid for Cagliari midfielder Pasquale Foggia.

Gazzetta dello Sport says Liverpool have made an £8 million offer for the ex-AC Milan winger.

Cagliari are seeking £12 million for Foggia, who was called up to the Italy squad by coach Roberto Donadoni for this week's Euro2008 qualifiers.
Just believe and you never know what will happen.

According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

Remember his handball against Villa and he dived pretending to be injured. Id love to sign him just in the hope he'd get away with it against manure or the chavs

I'm sure I read somewhere that he is only on loan at Cagliari and that he is owned by Lazio...

                            He should be made captain.
                            .
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.
