we all know rafa likes to keep players fresh all season long, no need to burn them out in the first few months. He's clearly gone for a team that barely played internationals this week. It's a strong midfield, and pennants form has been spot on recently. Voronin and Crouch will both do well i reckon, Crouch has some points to prove yet again

Our starting line-up is probably, Gerrard aside, better or the same than our team against them last season. Voronin and Kuyt are very similar and Xabi and Momo are good enough, Pennant on fire and Benayoun starting to play well.......this team should have more than enough IMO.

Where is Riise? Was there something in these Pako + Riise rumours?
