on the subject of the penalty, there needs to be something done about this kind of thing, there needs to be consistency, one ref would give it and another wouldn't, there can't be discrepancies like this, if it'd gone in, we'd have just lost that match

I read this on the bbc site earlier. I wonder if Crooks made a similar point when the Chavs contested every decision at Anfield a few weeks ago.
