For that particular technique you had to role up the program and use it to extend and direct the flow.

Ged never had a title winning side. Rafa has one but still dicks around. Pick your best 11 game in game out and then if you've got a game tied up after 60 mins or so, take them off.

fcuking joke if we lose this game
Spot on. Why bleat at a press conferance about the owners not backing you then when they buy you a world class striker costing 20 odd mill you don't play him. What's he being saved for? The race for 4th spot with Chelsea.
I have one word to offer - honesty. I couldn't be devious if I tried. Joe Fagan.

yes they are and ts time like these when you need a striker with that special bit of skill to unlock a defence and that striker is on the bench and its not crouch. we might grind out a 1-0 but the only thing thats grinding at the moment are my teeth meanwhile Arse are 2-0 up and look frighteningly good.
"I watched the Champions League quarter-finals and the way they crushed Arsenal. Only the greatest and the best can play such a match.

Fair ****s to your grandad. That the kind of attitude we need on the pitch.

Can't see players needing a rest after 7 games. Play your best 11 for start of a game. I don't care about the Cups, rest players for that. Premiership is a must

It was only a couple of weeks ago that we scored 10 in 2 games (and could have almost scored double that) while they were scraping results. Winning the league is not about looking "frighteningly good" in every game, its about grinding a result out on the days when it doesn't quite happen.

                      Now 3-0 to the Arse.

                      Adebayor peno.

Disgusting isn't it? Give me years of scoring a few more goals but only ever winning the fizzy drinks cup any day

Pennant on the right, wins a throw.

Gerrard through ball finds Kuyt offside who smashes the ball straight at Taylor anyway.

Yup, what a difference a week or two makes. When we beat Derby, pundits/press/media were saying how we look like real title contenders, and that we have a great chance of winning it.

Then a draw at one of the hardest away grounds in the League, and one where no English side has ever won, and now we're 'not ready to win the title'. :whatever:
