Put Aurelio behind him at left back and people will be singing a different tune.

          And he's good.

In reality it's not "this week's scapegoat" - he hasn't scored a league goal yet despite playing almost every minute. Call it "every week's scapegoat", if you will.

I ain't making a scapegoat out of him - we won FFS - I just don't think he's anything like good enough and am concerned with Rafa's unswerving faith in him.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

I'm thinking of making this award on a weekly basis. Stevie was a close second today after Marky's attack.

and he was saved by the assistant ref when Wigan scored when the rest of the team moved up to put the Wigan players offside. Pennant WALKED back instead.

Rafa will probably tell him a thing or two about that.
Just believe and you never know what will happen.

According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

I heard Kuyt referred to somewhere as a '"defensive forward"

I think that just about sums him up in my opinion. Away from home in Europe and against strong opposition away, i would play him.

Other than that, its Torres with Voronin/Crouch for me in every other game....

What does that have to do with his ability as a winger though?

So you think defensive mistakes don't count?

Hardly now.He did nothing yet again and when we needed somebody to step up he hid.Gerrard had a good spell in the second half and was our biggest threat.Pennant's back up had to save us

Put Aurelio at left mid and Arbeloa behind and we will be fine.

Maybe you should look at the situation again before you open your mouth again.
