What about Anderson, Hammil, Guthrie, Insua, and to an extent, Ajderevic, Duran, Makay Steven, San Jose - all players who could be coming through in the next few yrs - also i wouldn't say Itandje fits in with those players you mention at all

On a more positive note....

I felt that Voronin and Torres looked like a good partnership and seem to have an understanding.

More chance of Paul Robinson being employed as a fielder for england i know, but Voronin and Torres should get a run of starts together. They compliment each other very well.

I think the fact that the 2 came at the same time helps them gel better than when you have to play with someone who is adapted.

They would have been training alot closer as is normal, new boys sticking together and all that.

Voronin and Torres do look better. Voronin's goal is something we have missed since the old Fowler and Owen, a poacher, person who gambles. They both seem very intelligent and have good movement, hopefully they play together more often

I love the guy but he needs a quality partner up front the rest of the strikers are nowhere near good enough to play with him
