Do they have dedicated bike lanes in ur city mate? Just curious !!!

Then Voronin - who played well for Benayoun. Why not just take Pennant off for Benayoun and put him on the right?

Sure we got our of jail this time. But I get the horrible feeling that Rafa is trying tactical changes like these in hope rather than expectation.

Add in the fact that there are a few first team regulars who have now been found out, and it's a bad combination.
seems he likes to rotate WITHIN the game too. he often does that. he'll have someone playing out of position for 5 minutes. then he'll sub someone else and swap it round again.

i've noticed this before. you can't help thinking, why didn't you just do that in the first bloody place.

See the 'ask Rafa a question' thread...

          At 2-1 down, at home?

Unlikely. That would be doing "a Houllier"

A few but it's only a small city so anyway they don't last long.

Of course they're full of crap (the good thing about using roads is that the heavy traffic keeps the road pretty clear of detritus) and often a very poor surface.

The surface on the roads outside the city is almost always in a terrible condition.

Oh blimey, just realised we're in the LFC forum. Um, sack Rafa!
            .
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

May the Lord bless this post.

The Kuyt/Pennant substitution just made no sense whatsoever.

Fine Pennant was having a shocker, again. But bringing on a centre forward with poor touch and little pace, and putting him wide right made absolutely no sense whatever. You could understand if he did that with Bellamy and Cisse while they were here as they had pace, but Kuyt? Lee and Bale must've been laughing.

And to be fair to Kuyt he's hardly going to be high on confidence, so playing him out of position is really going to help isn't it?

Just wonder if Rafa momentarily lost the plot yesterday.

Dunno about that - Kuyt ended up on the wing against Birmingham, too. Took Babel off (who admittedly was having a poor game) and ended up with Kuyt there. FFS. Does he have one single attribute to make a good winger? I can't see it.

Hate to say it, but he seems to be going the way of Heskey. Started off well, scoring, winning games, then had a spell where he couldn't hit the side of a cows arse, and then banished to the wing, then people started to turn on him, then benched, then sold.
