ffs, typical, he's the only one of our 3 strikers who looks like he knows where the net is, for me it has to be Voronin and a.n.other.

I did hear rafa talking about kewell being back, and how he's important for the team and can play in a second striker role, maybe this is something rafa will work on this week

****ing internationals **** us in the arse again, why can't they condense the domestic calendar and have them all at the tail end of seasons?

um, thought we had 4 strikers! but I take your point mate, maybe Harry can come to the rescue for us? maybe Babel will get a go upfront. Maybe monkeys will fly from my butt?

if anything this shows the folly of us resting players. The international teams take them and **** them up and then they cant play for us.

Everyone thinks of rotation as resting players. But I think a more significant aspect is that players are "rotated"/dropped, because he picks the best team for the next opponents based on their attributes and style of play.

That ****s my bets right up. Don't fancy Spain so much now, aswell as having him in a goalscorer multiple

Well thats not the case at all really is, Rafa has acknowledged many times that 'rotation' is manily to rest players, maybe in the odd case where he plays momo to break up play, or switches one of strikers depending on the defense they playing aginst, rotation really serves one purpose and that IS to give players a rest

What is worse for Spain for tonights game is that Villa also is out.
