It's not fast approaching - still 10 weeks to the window.

Alot will depend on how some of our lads start performing. Cannot see too much activity in January, but I'm no expert!

1 world class winger (quaresma please)
one world class centre back who can cover left back

I would agree with that, unless we made a cheeky bid for Michael Johnson of Citeh - that boy can play.

Won't happen though of course, and if we are going to nab any of their players Richards should be top of the list. Or maybe Elano. Or Richard Dunne.

Cant see those four bringing in £20m...Crouch maybe £10m and Riise about £4m. Kewell's contract's up in the summer so he's worthless and Finnan's too old to fetch much.

And i really dont think there's any world class centre back who'd happily come to LFC as 'cover'.

There is NO WAI we should get rid of Finnan unless we are bringing in a quality replacement. Arbeloa is good but has not proved he is better than Finnan, and we need him at LB at the moment.
