I dont think there ARE players who'd never need to be motivated. Every player will SOMETIMES need to be motivated, to be given a bit of a kick up the backside and be given that extra desire.
No footballer is ALWAYS motivated, that wouldnt be human.Comment

But some players just seem to always be convinced of their ability. IMO that has been one of the things Alex Ferguson does so well. The players he buys seem to have a sort of larger then life personalities. I see a similarity between Torres, Babel, Mascher, Reina, Xabi, Agger, and the Man U players.Comment
