I actually witnessed one of mine dying of cancer and the frustration it involved as she slipped into a bizarre senile/purile state. Still the title of the thread didn't offend me, just made me think of hopelessness.

I still think the dog to the vets analogy is better.

Cant play every game and at the start of the season was put down to play the odd game.
