Arsenal have had a great start and played great football, but they have played nobody to date. Blackburn away was their hardest game and they drew that.

I must be the only one that agrees with the guy then. We look awful and Benitez saying we played well in Turkey is utter nonsense and screams Houllier to me. I still back him 100% but something isn't right and seems to be getting worse. If Besiktas can do that to us then Arsenal can hurt us bad. I pray I'm wrong but fear that we are probably about to catch a hiding.

At the moment im assuming Arbeloa, Agger and Torres will not be fit, but i pray that Torres atleast makes it. More so Arbeloa

Please no! Gerrard on the right just doesn't work when he doesn't want to play there. He goes walk about way too much and leaves poor old Finnan expose badly.If Sami does play then we'll probably play the 5 man midfield IMO.

Mate I hope as much as anyone that you are right but I'm not convinced

If you are realistic then Arsenal should win but anything can happen in football.

I doubt that we will up our game that much to be honest. We have said for weeks that the next game we will play much better but nothing has happened.

If we want to get a point or three against Arsenal then we will have to play one of our best games this season. Something like the Chelsea game.

If we don't, then we won't get any point.

We are the better team but it's up to the players and Rafa to show that on the pitch and not only talk about it.

Words means nothing, the performance on the pitch means everything.

On Sunday, Arsenal play Liverpool at Anfield.

I can't wait !

OK, Man United will be a different story on Saturday, November 3. They are exciting, penetrating, prolific, a team with an attack that generates a lot of ideas, pace and momentum.

Liverpoool are very dull compared to Man United and Arsenal. They don't have ideas or pace or momentum.

They lost 2-1 to Besiktas last night and that puts them bottom of Group A, without a win in three CL games.

Rafa was asked if they could win their next three games and, amazingly, he said, "If we play like today, for sure."

WHAT ? If they play like they did against Besiktas they will lose all three games !!

What is he talking about? His team is a shambles. Carragher and Hyypia are all over the place and Hyypia has scored own-goals in consecutive games. Voronin and Kuyt were hopeless as a pair, made the same runs, never got in the box, feeble and peripheral, with little service.

Arsenal have won their last 12 games and have just beaten Slavia Prague 7-0. It doesn't matter that Arsenal could not have beaten Besiktas 7-0 or Schalke 7-0 or Marseilles 7-0.What matters in that Arsenal are on a high and Liverpool are in tatters.The game is all about confidence. Football, said Ossie Ardiles, is 90% confidence.

I hope Arsene plays Theo Walcott.The lad is better as a half-striker than he is a winger. Walcott will have to play at Anfield every year for the rest of his career, so he might as well start on Sunday.

Poor old Rafa is in denial. He's spent millions and has little to show for it. He will be hoping Fernando Torres is fit for Sunday. Torres might beat Toure and bang it in the bottom corner, but only if he plays. And even if Torres does play, I still strongly fancy Arsenal to win at Anfield.

In fairness, he's hardly said much that isn't true or that LFC fans have already said! In fact I've read threads on LFC sites that say the same. So why can't a Gooner think the same.

Of course I hope and think we will win but its not like he's said anything remotely outrageous in there.
