No, a few internet loud mouths have turned. No one I know has turned. A few are bemused but still have faith.

That comes as major shock to me, almost total opposite where I live.

If you have constantly bitched about the team then you dont deserve the right to celebrate when they win something. Ive no doubt people who have done that will celebrate tho.

I think there's a touch of semantics here, with regards to 'criticised' and 'bitched'. Much of a muchness.

Some people question the 'support' of critics and say they arent real fans.

I personally wonder more about those who apparently see nothing wrong in our current situation.

Certainly neither the nodding dog, nor the wrist slitter are particularly rational or logical, i suppose the truth lies somewhere in between.

Fact of the matter is, it's NOT all ok, things ARE wrong. Equally so, it's also NOT too late and our season is still far from over.

We're not in a brilliant situation, but neither are we in a disasterous one.

The problem lies in the fact that recent evidence and form suggests the latter is far closer to becoming reality than the former.

All I want us to do is pass and move, score goals and win the league - six will follow.

Valencia and Liverpool are not comparable in any way. Rafa got us 5 but he's alienated and lost people he has worked with for many years, gets an increasing amount of stick from supporters, including those who are fortunate to be match-goers, and seems to have pissed off many in the squad.

His rotation policy doesn't seem to be working - in many ways - and his treatment of certain players, eg Crouchy borders on...on...on... well, stupidity etc, at times.

A team is a body of players that play together regularly - understand one another and play for one another - that's basic stuff. The fact that he doesn't seem to consider this important is a part of Rafa's psyche that I can't get to grips with

I don't know what I think, tbh, but I'm not calling for Rafa's head, but somethings got to improve...and it's the manager...maybe...

I dont think anyone is ever saying everything is rosy. I can see our faults but I can also see positives and Id rather focus on them and go forward than focus on the faults and ultimately go backward.

His team went on to win the FA Cup that year

I remember joking with my mates " Thank god for that otherwise they might have sacked him and got a decent manager in................ HA HA HA "

I think there's SOME validity in the Ferguson example, but the game has changed. That was 20 years ago.

Didn't it take him 7 seasons to win the league? Six? Either way, rightly or wrongly Rafa would never get 6 or 7 years without winning the league - not in this day and age.
