so why is he so ineffective against better teams? Also he is a striker and he misses many chances.
    We come not to play.

So why can't he always play well? or play well more often then play poorly?

I think Voronin has played well in the main, he scores different types of goals, take Toulouse, Sunderland and Derby - all completely different finishes.
He doesn't play right up top he is the striker that drops into space to try and link play which means he won't always get all the chances and as of yet I wouldn't describe any of our stikers as clinical, Torres is class but is he clinical? not yet no.
What makes me laugh is Crouch plays well because he's underused and we should pick him more and he scored 2 goals - Voronin played well because the opposition were ****?? weren't they playing against the same opposition in the same game at the same time???
Voronin played a little pass that brought Crouch his first, quick thinking that set up Yossi's first from the throw, brilliant reverse pass for Riise's shot for Yossi's 2nd, won the free kick for his 3rd and played a brilliant back flick to play in Gerrard.
The King was back for a short while. Long live The King.

No i haven't said that Crouch played well either

Voronin was creative last night and Crouch got the goals.

              Yossi was the MAN
              We come not to play.

Voronin’s okay. He seems to have at least some killer instinct and looks to get in the right areas, but isn’t the sort who’ll create something out of nothing and I’m not sure he’s a very good finisher. For a Bosman he was a good signing, but in an ideal world he’d still be my 4th choice.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

Just believe and you never know what will happen.

According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

He set up a lot of our goals, just like you say.

A lot of people on here like Crouch more, so they will just say exactly what you wrote above - Crouch was great and scored 2 - play him Rafa. Voronin then? Nah, he was just ok, them Turks were dross.

It's just agendas to suit their favourite players, and we all have our own favourites.

especially with players like them two.

I agree to a certain extent.

I think the difference being is that the crow has started far more games than Crouch this season yet Crouch always seems to make a difference. Credit where credit it is due the crow was just out shone by yossi last night.

Voronin looks to have that football brain and last he played well.

But at times he doesn't seem to have that speed on the ball required. Could be confidence, fitness?

If the oposition gives him time he can be deadly but in the PL can't see that happening.

Yossi seems the ideal player for that role
Its times like these we learn to live again FF
