“But even if I was approached I would tell whichever club it was that I am really happy with my club, my squad, my supporters and my city.
“There are still many things which I want to do here so I am planning on being here for a long time.”
So if someone says something nice about the city, club and supporters they should keep their job?
i`m not saying that rafa should be sacked now or in the summer , but if he doesn`t deliver he should be eventually.Blank

He should be given at least three more years. It's not only the first team that needed to be improved when he took over. The whole club from top to bottom needed a change and that will take time.Just believe and you never know what will happen.
According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

He`ll have to deliver to get three years. Of course CL finals every other year is good enough, but if we fail to get CL one season that will be it IMO. If Chelsea get their act together this can become a hard year for us, with City also doing well.
Let`s hope we reach another level when Agger, Torres and Alonso get back.
By the sounds of it at least one of the americans are only in the club for the money, and that is what will decide Rafas future.Blank

Is correct, look at the strength of our youth policy now compared to before, also the value of the first team squad compared to when Rafa took over. I would also appreciate the people who blindly rant about sacking Rafa to actually come up with a name to replace him with, that is other than Jewell/Lee (cos they're scousers!) or Martin O'Neill!

To be fair mate I haven't see one post on here saying that people want Jewell or Lee to replace Rafa. I think you've probably misread or misunderstood the posts about Jewell and Lee being appointed.
Liverpool born and bred.

Not only that coops, these "short-term, instant-gratification junkies" undermine the club by creating a climate of pressure around it and the players. Wish they would feck off with their 606 wank.Originally posted by paulcooper4 View Post...read these quotes from the great man himself in tonights Echo and hang your heads in shame you ****ehawks:whatever::whatever:

I remember one “Rafa out” thread, but whoever started that one (can’t remember now – was it brightred?) has since admitted his folly, but I can’t believe anyone actually, seriously, wanted Rafa out?
I know there are one or two on other forums who DO want him out, but surely, SURELY no-one here wants him out?
I had 100% unswerving faith in Rafa, until that sequence of 2 wins in 7 when my faith in him took a jolt after he made some very strange decisions. I readily admit I lost ‘some’ faith, not much, but some.
I now only have 98% faith in him.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

Were you smoking weed during that sequence of 2 wins out of 7 ?

My main gripe is the Crouch treatment. Which is bearable if we're winning but mostly we weren't. It made no sense when certain others were getting picked and not performing. very frustrating. I support Liverpool and will do long after Rafa departs. I said the same when GH was in charge. Is Rafa the one to bring us close to 19? No one knows. Thats a fact. Only if he does will there be an end to the debate.Originally posted by ShaggyAlonso View PostI remember one “Rafa out” thread, but whoever started that one (can’t remember now – was it brightred?) has since admitted his folly, but I can’t believe anyone actually, seriously, wanted Rafa out?

There's much to like about Rafa.Always borrow money from a pessimist. He won’t expect it back. Oscar Wilde

Crouch is starting to show his form now. He was piss poor at the start of the season mate, you'll have to agree with me on that.Originally posted by BobTheCharmer View PostMy main gripe is the Crouch treatment. When I read those quotes last night it gave me a warm glow.
This man is one of the best and he is loving life with us.
I can't understand how anyone can want him sacked it just baffles me.
Unlike Shaggy (the dirty manc
) I have 100% faith in Rafa and I am convinced he'll bring number 19 to Anfield.
**** OFF HICKS AND GILLETT WE DON'T WANT YOU.
