I guess what is even more frustrating than having a low budget is not knowing what you budget actually is.

Let me illustrate with a phrase from someone else on here:

Rafa wants to know if he is shopping at Harrods or Tesco...

    This could be the case..
Hurrah! Trust a Skando to say what I've been trying to say all along.

He should have focused on other CBs and signed one. He wasted his time and then it was too late to find another player.. Rafa completely ****ed up and he's the only one to blame.
We need a CB in January but the other positions are well covered imo.
We dont need any strikers. We need Rafa to use them properly and not playing our worst one alone up front.
Mascher will be signed next summer but we know how complicated it is with this MSI stuff.

If Mascha is signed in the summer then the reality is, is that only a centre back is needed, the Heinze money is still there so not that much money is needed.

If Crouch is sold (whether you agree or not) a replacement with a little bit more money can be found.
      We come not to play.

Rafa is at Liverpool day and night, 7 days a week. G&T are not. Rafa cares about this club and I trust he knows what is best for this club - and I trust him not to try and bankrupt the club.

Theres a program on LFC TV called The Press Box at 11pm till 12.

Basically going to be a bunch of media pundits discussing all the latest news about LFC. Could be an interesting watch.

It doesn't take top dollar to get a good player, it's not as simple as that. There are no guarentees.

One thing you can say about the Glazers and Fergie is that they don't slag eachother off across the Atlantic. Liverpool have shot themselves in the foot and the 'Americans' have shown themselves up to be ****e man managers and about as graceful as Pacman in a Tutu.
              Well said.

Not about me in a tutu though

Come on. Rafa doesn't do the accounts for LFC and consequently has no idea what it would take to bankrupt the club

No, but wasn't this investment meant to allow us to go for the very best?? Wasn't that what Parry was saying? We have been DUPED!!

Clear because he said so at a press conference. OK, you're too trusting IMO.

I wouldn't worry about that mate.

Red Chilli is right we have got a stadium to pay for.

However our manager should know (as someone said) if he is shopping at Tessco or Harrods. I think that's the whole crux he hasn't got a ****ing clue.

You have a worse memory than me.

Go back and look at what Parry said, he said we're going to continue to run the club the way we have in the past but the new stadium would go ahead.

I've lost count of the number of times he said we won't be run like a rich man's plaything.

That and the small fact Hicks said yesterday they wont discuss transfers with Rafa until mid December.
