        That's the feeling I get.

Gillette seems to give a **** where as Hicks just likes the sound of his own voice.

        Just my opinion of course.

nah i reckon you're bang on, it makes sense really the only reason we took gilette on, was because he came back to us with an improved offer and hicks on board

            Rush and Fowler did OK.
Well, here we are in a room with two manky hookers and a racist dwarf. I think I'm heading home.

Upon reflection I couldnt give a bollix about any of this. If we beat Newcastle on Saturday i'll be happy, if not im getting on the next plane to cut off the balls of rafa, hicks and gilette.

We have Mark Cuban with Dallas Mavericks and Jerry Jones of the Cowboys, they are winners and will pay for winners, hence their success. Hick's talks about spending money, but does the bare minimum.

For instance the Texas Rangers are the in the 5th largest media market in US yet their payroll is in the bottom third in the MLB.

Trust me he is about making money not spending money. He will make a great amount with LFC especially with the new stadium. Only if the stadium produces ridiculous revenue will he spend more on players.

The crap about spending a bunch in the summer is a load of bollocks as the net after selling players was no different in previous summers.

I suspect Rafa will leave and we will be looking for a new manager this summer.

It has been much argued that who is the real fans, local fans or international fans.

It is perhaps time for local fans to show their power by giving G & H a great welcome in December. Tearing off your season ticket is probably a good option.

Mr. Moores, What did G & H promise you? Was it in writing? Will you be able to buy back the stocks if G & H broke their promise.

Ok i don't really understand what your trying to fully say, but i'd love to see the fans continuously chant Rafa's name when they come over for the Manc game.
                    We come not to play.

The problem is that Morres is a **** businessman and that is what all this is about, business, not heart or passion.

Would you trust Moores to make a very important business decision for you?

                      I wouldn't do that.
Just believe and you never know what will happen.

According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

I probably would but then I'm a poor judge of character

Well, if you look at Moores business history for LFC then you can't say anything else than it's very, very bad.

                            sukiakiman,
thanks for posting but if me memory serve me well. Didn't the Dallas Stars win the Stanley Cup a few years ago under the owenrship of Hicks ?
They had great players in Modano, Brett Hull and others.
You cant compare The Stars with The Cowboys. The Cowboys are Americas team with one the best run NFL clubs in the NFL. Their budget is probably 5 times that of the Stars and Jones is more of a hard nose than Hicks so I dont really subscribe to what your saying.

DIC pulled out when Hicks & co gazumped them

Moores was oblidged under Takeover panel rules to review the higher bid and when he advised DIC of this they threw their toys out of the pram demanded an immediate response then when it couldnt be given withdrew their bid
