    How concerned are you...

...by the current goings on between Rafa and the board

Normally I'm very upbeat about these things that appear in the media and usually brush them off, but something seems a bit different with all this current news, i'm not confident there's going to be a good outcome in all of this

What's everyone else think (poll above and feel free to discuss)

Very concerned - I think Rafa's on his way out, and won't be our boss next season

    More positive than on Thursday.
I hope/feel that it is not quite as bad as made out and a couple of games with us singing his name a lot will make Hicks and Gillett think about it all carefully.

Rafa's not backing down. He's looking for a fight. He had the air of a man who has made a decision.

The SSN paper review had one of the headlines as Rafa being sacked. Think it NOTW.

        I'm not that worried.

Our owners can't be that stupid that they don't know how much we love Rafa. The words Sam got from the Newcastle fans today would be like a breeze compared to what they would get next time they visit Anfield.
Just believe and you never know what will happen.

According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

I have to say that this one is looking decidedly ropey.

Liverpool has never been a club to air its dirty washing in public and that's what Rafa and Hicks have done lately.

Both need to keep there gob shut.

It's a Rafa win in my book. Hicks and Gillette have too much riding on a first season in charge. Especially as their investment depends on filling a new stadium.

There has been absolutely nothing to happen yet to warrant a major disagreement between the two sides.

All that will happen will be a new working practice between management and board over transfers.

              Just my tuppence.

                It's very bad news.

The fact that they think they can "plane in" on the 16th and fix the transfer is beyond comprehension.

The fact that they don't seem to want a real man as headcoach, who speaks his mind, is quite disturbing.

The fact that we don't seem to have real transfer power/money to get us away from ground zero is course for concern.

The fact that everything points towards Hicks transfering all debt to LFC is worrying.

The ****e will hit the fan if we don't make it through to the last 16 in the CL.

I think there's a reasonable chance Rafa will walk away which I think will be a terrible shame since I feel we are making real progress. However, these spats don't always end up in a showdown so I reckon there is also a reasonable chance things will sort themselves out.
                  .
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

May the Lord bless this post.

Not concerned in the slightest. We've had spats at the club before and will have them again.

Whatever happens we'll move and and still go to the matches and support the team.

If they sack Rafa then we may have new owners before not to long IMO.

They won't be able to go to any matches and we, the supporters, will demand that they sell the club and **** off, at least I will do that.

I wonder if DIC are still interested?

The only thing that could save them is if they back a new manager big time in the transfer market and win the league or the CL.

Which is why I think this story is a load of sh!te. It's three weeks out of date already. G&H need to get ****ing broadband.

We had the rotation scandal after the away fixture at Besiktas. We then spanked them for a CL record of 8-0.

Delayed international knee jerk flight across the pond if rumours are true.
