We managed to rectify it, though, because it now says, "Cook" where it once said "Cock", and "Pass" where it once said "Piss", so it’s slightly less rude.

you think we would have lost if we played 442 with no momo or voronin in the side? replace momo with lucas and voronin with babel/kewell = 3 points.

the pen was unlucky, but it was rafa's mistakes that lost us this game no-one elses.

Well the only plus point is if you are gonna lose a game out of the three, better this than against the French or at home to Utd.

We were crap and Rafa must be under serious pressure to get a result on Tuesday. He underestimated Reading today. That is unforgiveable when you are chasing a first title in 18 season.

Thought Carragher and Hobbs struggled. We were a little unlucky, hitting the frame of the goal twice, and then there was our penalty which should have been and there's which shouldn't.

            Can't win them all.

I disagree. We can still win the league from the position we are in, we can't win the CL if we go out on Tuesday.

Voronin played far better than Crouch.

I agree but at the same time you can't win every week and sometimes you just have to take it on the chin and accept that there were alot of things wrong with our performance.

Today was important, as is every match, but the defeat wasn't a complete disaster. Perhaps a kick up the arse will do us good with the tough week we have ahead.

3-4-3 worked last year away from home at Charlton & Watford but they are not on par with Reading. Rafa got his tactics wrong again this season. There was no bleeding width.
Very dissapointing to lose a match to a team struggling in the lower half.

What about Gerrard not tracking the Reading player which lead to Carragher hacking him down.
What about the shocking defending on the free kick for there 2nd...far too ****ing deep, didn't give Reina a chance.
What about the dreadful defending for Harper's goal??? Let him run half the pitch, 3 or 4 Liverpool players there to track him but every ****ing one of them gave it up.
No proper effort apart from Arberloa.
Do they want to challenge for this title or not? On today's evidence they don't.
                              Really cheesed off right now.
Should be beating teams like Reading, we underestimated them and got what we deserved as a result.

Crouch isn't comfortable playing wider positions though, which is what he was asked to do today.

McManaman going on about Liverpool not stretching the pitch, everyone wanting to play in the middle. Can't really argue with him.
