We have played utd arse and utd at home

and chelsea.. sorry.......... And how many chances have we created, through some decent football??
I recon, about 4 or so, an absolute disgrace. Out of our two wide men and our strikers, only torres is good enough. The rest need to be sold.....

Against the top four away, we will get one point max.... end of season. bull****........... get your f''ing cheque book out for ****s sake you yank ****s...

Like the other fella said, he did what he had to do, play on the break, hold the ball up, and when the chance came, take it.
1 second of the game makes him un-nullified.
It was lucky.Rooney fluffed a shot, carra missed it by inches, nobody picked up Tevez,a winger kept him onside, our goalie almost got infront off him, they scored.

That`s was the difference between winning and drwaing after Rio almost put the ball in his own net.
        LUCK!!!!!!

All ManU fans know they were lucky today!!!!!

Please, read all my posts. You're putting me in the wrong bracket mate. I haven't been moaning about us losing, but just been offering a constructive view on what should be done to eventually get past them consistently.

It's clear there was not a lot between both teams and that it's about the small details.

I didn't say outspend Nial, i said we need to spend at least up to what they are spending. At present we're not even close. You could have Jesus H Christ as manager and it wont make a difference if we don't close the spending gap.

I think most of us agree that we need more quality players.

Some of us dis-agree on the methods required to improve the side/squad.

We can all agree that so far Rafa has done very well in the transfer market with the money he's had.

The title of this thread should include Chelsea no?

As for what I've highlighted - there isn't a man in the world who'd give some money to the club after a mouthful like that. Get a grip FFS.
                Liverpool born and bred.

Well in that analysis most goals are down to luck.

The fact that the winger was on the line and didn't move out was poor defending not bad luck. So what if rooney mi**** his shot, happens all the time in football and that's got nothing to do with Tevez's effectiveness or not has it. As it stands he had a 100% conversion rate today. Not bad for somebody who was played out of the game.

But it's clear isn't it ? Why pick up the same faults if you know the big picture then ?

I don't have a problem with Kuyt, nor any LFC player. I will support them because I love my team.

I've said we're closing that gap but it will be harder the way we're doing it. That's all. I have no problems if everyone agrees with it, but this forum has been full of people moaning about this and that.

                      But why?

Spending money doesn't guarantee anything. That's my point.

Rafa's closed the gap while they continue to spend.

                      I honestly don't see a direct correlation.

Please, let's all put this defeat behind now and look to the next game and support the manager and the players. No more moaning about Kuyt or whoever.

Mate you dont get it, if we had quality players and had a Team pinned back, we would use the possesion better and get a goal. The fact is we never done nothing with quality players such as Kuyt and Kewell and Benayoun faffing around with the ball waiting for one of Man United players to **** up. Which is the only time we got a chance.
Man U knew we will struggle to score, they know carra, hyypia are not the fastest and can hit us on the break.

He never had a good game, but he had an effective one. Not many players have a good game past us, but if they score and hold up the ball, its been worth him getting out of bed.
