These are all top quality players.

Yes buying a £20m pound centre forward has it's benefits.

But not every player has to cost at least £15m to be a top quality player.

It's not how much you spend but who you spend it on.

And Rafa's shown he's fairly good at it, so let's give him the next couple of years to see where we end up.

Or we can throw our hands in the air and give up - like some of the whingers on here - and hope DIC come flying in on their flying ****in carpet and spend us to the league.
It all depends on how quick you want success.

How many £15m+ players have not been a success?

Veron, Sheva and Bent. That means that if you spend big on a proven player then you are almost guaranteed to get value for your money.

If you for example sign £5m players then it may take three, four of them before you get it right and the player is a success. That means that in the long run it really don't make any difference if you sign one £20m player or gamble on a £5m one.

Look at our strikers for example, we have paid big for one, Torres, and he is miles better than our other much cheaper ones.

Just believe and you never know what will happen.

According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

      Oh how ironic.

It's simple, either Rafa is a genius, that is he will win us the league 'smartly', but it will take more time, or we do it the easier way in spending at least what Manure are spending. That would mean competing for more or less the same pool of players and it will come at a cost.

If you're stating that Rafa should do it the 'smart' way, then you should give him more credit to how you're laying into him for including some player you deem not good enough or rotating too much.

Take a back seat mate. It'll do you plenty of good.
