Rafa's position should not be under threat at this stage of the season, we as fans should be backing him after all he has done, I certainy intend to. I just hope Rafa doesn't pack it in at the end of the season of his own accord after doing well with Liverpool.
We are still at the early stages of his Liverpool career when we compare him to Slur Alex and Wenger. Rafa deserves more time to make this team special, the foundations are in place, alot of hard work has been done in the background with the academy and our reserve squad. There is still alot of fruit to bear on the LFC tree yet. To top that off, we have some of the best young players in Europe playing first team football in Mascher, Torres, Agger, Babel.
We argueably have the best spine of any of the premier league teams in Reina, Carra, Agger, Mascher, Alonso, Gerrard and Torres.
    The potential is absolutely massive.
Sack Rafa? you must be ****ing joking, not only would it be a huge mistake, it would cost us a fortune in payoffs and squad rebuilding, and the manager we bring in would be a gamble. Maureen would play even more negatvie than we do now (which are not negative by the way).
Bill shankly to Tommy Smith after he'd turned up for training with a bandaged knee:
'Take that poof bandage off, and what do you mean YOUR knee, it's LIVERPOOL'S knee !'

"Sorry, boss, I should have kept my legs together," said Lawrence. "No, Tommy, your mother should have kept her legs together!," replied Shankly.

    * After Tommy Lawrence had let in a fluke goal between his legs

so i'm an arsehole for making some balanced criticism along with some praise????

and i love the way you call me an arsehole and then shake my hand.

personally i can accept other people's points of view on matters without calling them names.

sadly, it seems some arseholes can't.

      oh, before i forget.....
