Perhaps he should have a look at himself first.
The ref had a mare today but Bennett is almost always piss poor so nothing really surprising.

Wigan should have had a player sent off in the first half when Torres was clean through and was then body tackled by a Wigan player that had no intention to get the ball.

That is a clear cut penalty and a red card so I can understand Rafa.
Just believe and you never know what will happen.

According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

            No killer instinct.

Derby: we should have been about 4-1 up not 1-1 in the last few minutes.
Citeh: Should have made our pressure count
Tonight: Should have put Wigan to bed much earlier.

We have no killer instinct. For some reason we drop a few gears when we go one up. 3 points in the Premiership is hard ****ing work and our players have to go there and take the 3 points, not turn up and expect them.
We don't seem to be able to kill games off when we have the opportunity and that is a very very worryign trend.

We really should be brushing aside teams like Wigan with whatever team we put out so there can really be no excuses.

For those out there that have seen the game, what exactly happened? Was it just one of those nights or were we just ****.
We played a 4-5-1 at home against Wigan.

They defended deep, as you'd expect. But nobody told Rafa.

He left Torres up on his own, and he played well, with only Gerrad even attempting to support.

Alonso was shockingly bad. Also why Macher got subbed instead really is quite baffling, he was far, far more offensive.

Kewell and Pennant were simply horrible.

Other than not teaching Gerrard how to clear a ball from his own box, what did Rafa do wrong today? NOTHING.

Do you want Rafa to get into the pitch and finish the chances we make himself? Do you want him to get into our box and show our players how to clear a soft free kick?

We fail in the simple things, the simple things which teams like the mancs know how to deal with. An offside trap after a corner, a simple clearance out of the box, a simple finish with the keeper on the ground, a simple finish one on one with the keeper with no defenders around you and all the time to control the ball... It's these simple things, not tactics, not formation, not even ability have to do with it. It's the basics of the game.

                      kewell was useless

gerrard couldn't get in the game, he was all over the place (in a bad way)

not clearing a set piece costs us again

I would really like to have a knee-jerk rant and call for eveybody's heads, but I just can't.

I really am lost for words after that display. That fat headed **** does it again! Will we ever learn?

Listen mate, you know I am the most optimistic on this site but after today's SHAMBLES I am begining to wonder, really wonder.
They played like CU NTS who do not deserve a top 4 spot in the prem, I dont ****ING care what people are going to say this is fooking crap.

-why keep Pennant a player returning from injury for 80 mins.
-why play a negative defensive minded formation v 2nd from bottom team AT HOME

Too many things going wrong, I am getting a headache and fooking tired of this crap we are being served.
