    The Rafa Benitez Appreciation Thread

NO STUPID ****ERS SLATE RAFA IN THIS THREAD PLEASE

Rafa has been here 3 and a half years now. In those 3 and a half years I've experienced some ****in' amazing emotions of all sorts. I'd not experienced a european cup final before Istanbul, now since Rafa's been the boss I've seen 2. TWO ****IN' EUROPEAN FINALS!!!!!!! And dont get me started on Istanbul, the only way I can describe it is, The Best Night of my Life.

We've improved tenfold with Rafa at the helm. We've signed 3 of the best players in their positions in Pepe, Alonso and Torres. He's signed Agger, Aurelio, Arbeloa, Benayoun, Mascher, Babel, Lucas and Crouch to name the best of the rest that he didn't inherit. All this and yet we only splashed the cash in one window, last summer, and that was hardly a crazy spending spree now was it.

His team has totally revamped our academy, for once in a good few years we have players to get excited about the future with. I know most wont make it, but if even one that Rafa has signed goes on to be a star for us, then surely the spaniard deserves a nice big pat on the back.

The fact of the matter is, we've got one of the best managers in the world, IMO he is the best. Yes he's ****ed up at times and yes we've heard this and that about rotation, zonal marking and other such crap, but look what it has brought us FFS, over £100 million worth of quality players, 2 euro finals and an FA cup trophy on the side.

As I said earlier, 45,000 people bothered to take a minute out of their life to show how much we wanted Rafa to stay. That was 4 or 5 weeks ago! Unbelievable to read some of the stuff that people are posting now.

I'll end this rant with praise to a man who has made me smile from ear to ear every single week and ask those of you who want him out to refrain from posting your drivel in here. This thread is to appreciate the work he's done in THREE AND A HALF YEARS. Not 2 decades like Sir Alex, not 10 years like Wenger and certainly not 100s of millions of pounds like Jose.

Thank you Rafa, I hope that at this stage in 2018 you'll still be in charge.

I love Rafa Benitez, and will continue to love him when (when, not if ) he leaves the club.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

I would like to thank him for the two glorious cup wins and the second Semi-Final win over Chelsea. I appreciate what he's done for the club and wish him all the best wherever he may be next season.

Just believe and you never know what will happen.

According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

I wouldn't let him **** my missus, he'd promise the earth, tinker around for a bit, moan she wasn't his first target before leaving her a frustrated mess.

                        Joke.

He needs to get his head down and carry on as before hopefully learning along the way.

You have to do it for them. You cannot call yourselves Liverpool players if you have your heads down. Give yourselves the chance to be heroes." - Rafa Benitez ,Half Time.

Im just proud he has been our manager a man i truly admire and has taught me alot about football from a fan sense, if stays i will be so happy but i just cant see it.

He has given me so much happiness and i have now seen players that are at this club he i can truly admire as footballing talent.

He has given he heart mind and soul to this club while being a great man to boot.

If he leaves it will be a very sad day but if the players stay he will have left us a team that is young and full of life that can really go places while also having youth that can truly make a difference in the future and be recognised as good as Arsenal for young players.

P.s. give the americans hell while your here Rafa dont let them rest untill they realise what they on their hands.
