The problem is that you can rotate the team to much. You must rotate to keep the players fit and fresh but you should also allow a player to keep his place week in week out when he is in good form or else you will get less motivated players.
Right now there isn't much competition for places. Lucas played great one game and was then replaced by Sissoko the next game. That sends out the wrong signals.
