Yes, we already have the squad to win the league. But we'd be fortunate to (forget our current position, I just mean if it started today). We'd need no injuries to key players, and a bit of fortune result wise compared to the other teams (I know some of you don't believe in luck )
However, for me to very confident that we'd be right up there - barring very bad luck - we need another world class striker and a world class winger.
Let's get the fred back on track.

Well, it's a bit of both, but to have a genuinely good chance of winning the league we need to fork out another £40m (excluding Masher!)
Hmmmm, i think the talent is there. The point of the thread is because in a lot of debates about alternative managers to Rafa, people keep saying Rafa needs 30 million or so every transfer window otherwise we're tying his hands.
This is patently not true IMO.
