Not exactly a "pile of ****e".

I know he doesn't say it. I said I think its what he means. Hopefully he can clarify.

Whether he says it or not doesn't matter. He says that winning the FA cup wont cut it but I bet he'd be celebrating if we won it, eh?

Rafa should be afforded the time to complete his project and we should be backing him in the same way as ferguson was. His credentials are superb and almost every top manager in world football holds him, and his ability in the highest regard.

We're not ****ing Newcastle, we're Liverpool, we have dignity and ALWAYS back our own. What the **** has happened/is happening?
            Destroyed the club?

I have a lot of time for Houllier. Although things started going a little pear shaped in the end and some of his buys were poor, he brought in the new Academy, revolutionised the training facilities, introduced discipline and began to modernise the club. He was step 1 of the modern era and for that I am eternally grateful.

"If Gerrard continues to play up front, leaving this lack of creativity and intelligence in Midfield, the season WILL be over by Xmas."

I still don't think we'll finish in the top 4 this season."

Only then in my mind will he have had a decent ammount of time to truly turn the club into HIS club and have had all his ideas bedded in place.

Then I will sit down and see where we are going with him. I suspect by then we will be going very high places with him.

Every season under him i have seen improvents in us of some sort and while this is happening i`m happy.

There is nobody else out there that can do the job better IMO.

If we act like all the rest, we'll get the same rewards as them.

Our style of football and our tactics are 1 trillion per cent better than they where under Houllier.

If you have seen much of the reserves and the acadamy teams im sure you will agree there is some ridiculously good young talent that Rafa has bought here and is going to pay dividends big style in a couple of years when they start breaking through.
Sorry Paul. I can't see it. The squad is better on paper only. No good having a good squad if we can't get anything out of them. Years after Houllier there are at least 5 players I would drop.

When is the last time you've seen us play flowing football? We are currently a team whose defenders hoof the ball from the back and still have no width, despite harping on for years that we need quality wingers. We are set up primarily not to concede and frankly, it's dreadful to watch.

Only the Academy brings me some hope but, let's face it, we've seen it before with the so-called "gems" under Houllier!

That was aimed less at Houllier than any of the others as I also have a lot of respect for him, but we're still cleaning up his mess. He brought in some of his experience in certain areas and did a lot yes, but as a manager and in buying players he was awful.

He was made to be a director of football, not a football manager.

You (deliberately?) miss my point though and conveniently use semantics to further your agenda.

Quality response. How long did it take you to think that one up? How about replying with some points? At least then we can start having a discussion.

IF Rafa is to succeed it will be through the Acadamy and the youngsters coming up. That's another 3 years+.

Some cracking kneejerking to look forward to

I said squad. You distinctly ignored the fact I said squad and just spouted a select few players names.

BUT of the players you have named a few of them were ****e also
