Says he really wants to play in front of the Kop and show what he can do. It also says that he is allowed to play, but LFC can refuse him.
i`d like the club to refuse. it all about getting a result and if we can refuse one of their best players we should. I can fully understand that he wants to play and that it would be a nice gesture from the club, but at this moment in time we`re not in a position to be nice to opponents.

SWANSEA'S on loan player from Liverpool - Paul Anderson - was thrilled to learn that Swansea were drawn away against his club in the Fourth Round of the FA Cup.

But the question on the mind's of Swansea fans is whether the 19-year old winger will be allowed to feature in the Swansea line up and play against his club.

Since arriving in the summer, Anderson's remarkable pace has terrorised defenders throughout League One and he's even bagged 8 goals along the way.

It's fair to say that the talents of this remarkable teenager have greatly contributed to Swansea's success in dominating their League One rivals.

Swansea manager Roberto Martinez is believed to have reviewed Anderson's loan agreement and is confident that he will be able to play.

If Anderson does play he is hoping he can leave a lasting impression on the Liverpool manager Rafa Benitez and the Anfield faithful and show them what they have been missing.

Of course Swansea have to beat Havant & Waterlooville and Liverpool have to beat Luton before this dream tie can take place.

      Paul Anderson said:

"Liverpool was the only team I wanted to play against. I was just jumping up and down in my room."

"As the draw was happening I was talking to my mate on the Internet and I said ‘keep an eye out for 10 vs 19 because that’s the dream draw."

"Then it happened and I couldn’t believe it. I was so happy. For it to come out of the hat like that was brilliant. I got straight on the phone to my dad and told him the good news."

"I’m desperate to play at Anfield. I just hope there isn’t anything standing in the way of me playing."

"I’ve never played for the first team there, only in youth cup games. So I’ve played in front of the Kop before, but never in front of so many fans."

"It will be really nice if I can go out and show both the Liverpool and Swansea fans what I can do."

"When you are a young lad at a club like Liverpool, it’s easy for people to know nothing about you. But, if I can show the fans that I’m half decent, then perhaps they will start to wonder why I’m not there."

"It might give them a different opinion of me if they can see that I’m a good player."

"We want to show people in England what we can do. We know we are a good footballing team, we just want other people to see it."

"We aren’t Premiership quality players, otherwise we would be there. But we think we are close to that level and we want to show we can compete."

"I think you always hope for the big teams in the FA Cup. You look for Premiership teams and obviously one of the big four is a bonus."

"It’s a great draw for both myself and the club. But obviously we have to get past Havant and Waterlooville first."

will be interesting to see how he plays against a top team (providing we both get through).

If he has a stormer he may very well be recalled. We could do with someone out on the right thats for sure

He`s been loaned out to prove his worth. If he`s any good he`ll prove it in competitive games. Then we`ll call him back.

He's even admitted that he's not worthy of the first team.
