really poor performance, if it was any other team I would comment along the lines of "oooh, manager has lost the players".....I so ****ing hope that isnt the case

We were ****ing dire today. Stevie and Carra dont even seem up for it, Torres aside (and he wasnt great today) our squad seems uninterested and worse, not ****ing good enough.

Im not gutted, but really disappointed.

The reason Crouch doesn't play I can only presume is that he doesn't fit in with how Rafa want's the team to perform. He wants that crushing machine effect I guess, where everyone is moving around and interchanging and not the more static nature of Crouch (even though Crouch does have great movement in the box).

The problem is that in 2005-2006 with Crouch leading the attack we actually looked like a team with a clue at times. 9 league wins in a row n all that. Since then Rafa has taken the attack in a different direction and it's clearly not worked out. He should swallow his pride and start building the team around Crouch and Torres with Babel as the other option. Start getting some width to the team instead of spending fortunes on defenders or central midfiedlers.

The point is Rafa keeps making the same mistakes again and again. Thats why im losing faith, not just because we were so terrible again.

IF Rafa had picked the right starting line up we would have won today for sure. No doubt about it, Rafa is to blame for us dropping points today.

Iv been saying all season that Voronin and Benayoun are NOT good enough. Had we had Alonso and Babel on from the start iv no doubt we would have won today

Our bench was clearly better than the team we had out. Even Kuyt is miles better than Voronin.

Im baffled honestly. Our backroom staff arent doing their job right if they arent having words with Rafa about these selections

Well, I said before the season that Rafa will get a problem to keep every player match fit because of our big squad. We don't need all the players in the squad. Some of the not good enough players take playing time away from the players that should play.

I can't see any other reason to why Rafa played Voronin today than that he want to keep him more or less match fit.

Threw away another good chance to catch up with the leaders. Should be beating teams like Boro.

We badly need another top class striker. Really lacking in confidence at the moment.
