His players, his tactics. It's not working.

    Outpassed by Middlesborough. Hoofing galore.

Some players didn't looked arsed until we scored.

Bottom line, I expected us to be closer in the league than we are. We haven't progressed.

That today was yet another shambolic league display, there's been too many.

    When will it turn?

    More importantly, will it?

    Just absolutely gutted.

    Don't want him sacked.

****ing gutted at the result and performance.

My reaction was that of a fairweather cunt.
    In 13 minutes.

    That's record backtracking Niall.

Seriously though, we all understand your frustration. We're all really pissed after this performance but no need to get carried away.

    You'll be on 606 next.

And fair play to admitting you were wrong. It takes a real man to do that.

You're always honest and always shoot from the hip, which is great, but are things really as calling for his head straight after a draw at Boro? what's changed? Up until now you said you didn't think he could win us the league but he deserved more time to prove he could. Who do you think could win us the league given the constraints Rafa is working under? And do you not concede that all the speculation surrounding him is putting an undue burden on him and uneccesarily unsettling the players?
It was just the way we played today mate. Desperate and utterly clueless.

I hope he turns it around now, honestly I do, but I just can't see it.

        ****in depressing thread this.

Asking for the manager to be sacked, at this very moment in time, is not supporting the team IMO mate, and will not be helpful to the team. Everyone seems to be burdened by all this speculation. It's beginning to affect us on the pitch IMO, and fans calling for the manager's head will not help

Our Captian was unbelievable quiet today no leadership from him today, strolled across the field all day not really wanting to be there. Nothing for the players to feed off has to look at himself after todays game this was thekinda game that suited him but he failed today wonderful talent but lets himself down at times and maybe a rift between him a Rafa is widening
Abosoloute rubbish IMO. We can't expect Gerrard to save our skin every week. I swear, if Stevie isn't smashing in a 30 yarder people see fit to find a reason for this. He tried as hard as he always does.

To get the best out of him we need to put more quality players alongside him. Then you'll see a different Gerrard.

Jez says he's going to start following Manchester again but he'll wait until after the rubber against Newcastle Athletic before he decides whether it's the red or the blue team. Nige has got his Chelsea rugger shirt back off his brother Tristan and has decided he'll give this new foreign Johnny Manager a chance as they've started winning again.

Gerrard should be ashamed of himself for many of his performances this season and last season, i've watched him closely and he's been a ****ing disgrace when we've needed him to get the players going and perform like a captain. Of course he's got us out of jail many a match but that doesn't hide the fact that he's been completely ****e, off the pace and uninterested in many others.
Quite frankly it's not good enough for a captain of LFC.

Niall, I've still not completely grasped the meaning and correct usage of the word, but I believe a scouser - PaulCooper for example - would call you a " ****ing ****house"

Cheers mate i just feel he has been hard done by with the Yanks and Parry he may be fighting a loosing battle sadly it might end up been sacked but all he can do is get good results no margin for failure cause that will leed to fuel for him to be sacked which is what the Yanks and Parry want

The whole 'sack Rafa' debate only goes so far. There is so much wrong with the club from the owners, Rick Parry to the players. The manager is just a part of the club. Replacing him will not change us over night!
