If he wants to keep his job, he'll have to sign it.
This is the cruxt of it. i'd hope he'd put the club's interests before his own for once, but I have no confidence in him doing that

Why? To get a shareholder vote?!

"I vote my 18,000 shares, George how many do you vote?!"

Fair point though Chilli and Bas, logistically there's probably not time.

I know, he wouldn't risk it. However if there was some sort of deal between Parry and DIC then he may as without the refinance DIC hold all the cards regarding the takeover.

But i just can't see it happening.

              I know im right

They wouldn't have any legal reason to sack him either.

Well that's the thing isn't it? Gillett has been very quiet, Foster has fecked off, would Gillett automatically vote to sack Parry?
Maybe Gillett is facing a tough decision, maybe he wants out.

                All speculation from me though

That cunt's just being an attention seeker. Even if he geniunely hates Rafa for footballing reasons, that's certainly NOT why he started that post. ****.

They both want out. The only reason for the refinance is to give them more time to negotiate a better deal. Without it they'd be forsed to agree to DIC's terms or lose out completely.

They'd have to pay off his contract and replace him ****ing sharpish. Banks probably wouldn't accept it.

I hope the two money hungry cunts get royally ****ed by DIC. They've used our club as door mat.

Surely this kind of business practise is legally floored? You can't just sack board members to get a deal done can you?

                              Assuming Harris's story is true:

Even if refusing to sign ultimately cost Parry his job, surely DIC would make it worth his while? Not only could he be pivotal in the takeover, he could be pivotal in driving the price right down.

And if he does sign, how could Parry do his job anyway? As the Chief Exec, it isn't like he can shack up with Hicks and run the club from Dallas.

With almost unamimous opposition from the support, not even the slickest PR campaign can turn this around, can it?

Just believe and you never know what will happen.

According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.
