Right , I'm off to work, so if anyone else wants a copy can someone else forward the reports on ?
Didnt read a good few pages at the end there, what reports would these be?
Bill shankly to Tommy Smith after he'd turned up for training with a bandaged knee:
'Take that poof bandage off, and what do you mean YOUR knee, it's LIVERPOOL'S knee !'
"Sorry, boss, I should have kept my legs together," said Lawrence. "No, Tommy, your mother should have kept her legs together!," replied Shankly.
* After Tommy Lawrence had let in a fluke goal between his legs
You could understand the reported rift between Gillett and Hicks being because it was effectively Hicks who ignited this hostile situation of which Foster is (was) at the centre.
A reliable poster on another site today reported that talks of a rift are wide-of-the-mark but is that only because G&H absolutely have to put on a united front to protect their financial interest?
Can you imagine a father who wouldn't have serious doubts about working with a man who put his son in the firing line like that, intentionally or not?
It's not good because it's rude. It's good because it looks like it's good because it's rude.
In one of the many posts a few pages back someone said that advisor were working on the deal to bring about a successful solution for both parties. I assume a successful solution for G&H would be to make a significant profit and from DIC's point of view a successful conclusion is to not be seen to overpay for an asset.
Therfore by spliting the debt between the club and G&H personally, DIC could pay G&H £300mil for their shares:
This will allow them to say that they have made a £80 million profit on an original outlay of £220mil within 12month.
DIC can say that they valued the club at £350 and got it for exactly that i.e. £300 to G&H, £40mil for the transfer debt and the Architects stuff. The remaining £60mil(stadium work) is money that has not yet been spent and so is cash sat in the bank so does not count.
Quid pro Quo everyones a winner and those two bell ends do one!!!
Sounds good to me but I'm **** at business.
Just believe and you never know what will happen.
According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.
Come of it, mate. However supporters may feel about certain things going on the one thing that's consistent is that no matter who plays, manages or owns the club Liverpool Football Club is still the team we support.
As has been said a thousand times...no individal is bigger than the club.
Your so right, the sad thing is H&G know this too, they know whatever we think of them or however they abuse the club WE the fans will continue to line their pockets.

What kind of father puts his son in a position that Foster's been put in? He's nothing more than a pawn taking all the abuse caused by his loving dad and best mate Hicks.
