Sky TV money is paid throughout the season if I remember rightly there is no single paymentOriginally posted by sonsofthedesert View PostThe new TV deal is for this season, therefore will not be payable until the end of the season as they will need to factor in league position at the end of the season. Think payment is supposed to be around June time.Bob Paisley - "This club has been my life. I'd go out and sweep the street and be proud to do it for Liverpool if they asked me to."

In that case the figures scare the **** out of me as there appears to be a big black hole.Originally posted by Lecter View PostSky TV money is paid throughout the season if I remember rightly there is no single payment
Can't be all of it as the club that finishes top gets £50m and the bottom one £30m, there has to be a bonus of between £0 and £20m at the end of the season for where you finish.

That sums it up. They will goOriginally posted by Lecter View PostIf they intend to continue in ownership of this club they need to explain how their decision to back out of promises made in legal documents lead to their rift with the manager, a rift that dates back to last May. And a rift which has had such a negative impact on the club.
Nah. He won't win the Prem. You can quote me on that. - Sarb24

It does give you renewed optimism that this may be going pear shaped in the background (although I can't see that happening tbh).Originally posted by Liverta 78 View PostAll very silent today on the G&H front. No news good news?
I've read on the Echo page just now that they're having difficulties tying the deal up, think it may be done tommorow or next Monday now. I think if it's not done by Monday then they're having serious problems getting the finance sorted.
Hopefully it will all go wrong for them.Klopp on LFC vs MUFC (March 9th 2016) - "This is why I love football. This is why we watched it when we were young. I can still not have enough of it."

Yeah, fingers crossed. Although if DIC were not interested you'd expect them declare themselves out by now.Originally posted by Slinky Skills View PostIt does give you renewed optimism that this may be going pear shaped in the background (although I can't see that happening tbh).

Could be, but did someone not say Rafa had been TOLD....Momo go's to pay for Skirtle.Originally posted by kop-al-74 View PostI reckon the loan deal is done and that the stadium downgrading plans are complete aswell.I think they are waiting for the momo deal to be completed to therefore complete the Mascha deal ready for a big press confrence on monday to unviel everything and to the fans.
They know they are hated, but by doing this they will show that they are behind the manager and hope to soften the blow a tad.

If the summer signings ~£20m net were funded by the loans and we had ~£25m Champions league revenue and the extra TV money there is this season there are some serious questions the owners should be answering Like What has happened to this money??Originally posted by The_weatherman View PostI think that's right, we have not been a very profitable club
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.
