This is a none issue. Yes I disagree with what is happening there but I can tell you now that it is worse in the US. If you want to see child poverty, go to South Carolina or, as the whole world saw last year, New Orleans. It is no different.

What you need to understand is that any rich country is built with slave labour. It happens here and everywhere. The shirt you are wearing now I am sure was made in China. Do you know what type of child labour they use there do you? But it does not stop you from buying them does it?

Yes I detest any mistreatment of any human being be it young or old but we are all accomplices. And yes I have a conscience but I would not feel guilty and I do not see why I should.

I'm not sure if this has been picked up yet. It's a bit of a wake up call from someone who has lived and worked in Dubai and for me the end of calling for a DIC takeover.

As Liverpool stuttered to an unconvincing draw with Aston Villa on Monday night, their fans held banners ..........

.............. but do they really compare that badly to an owner tainted by controversy and who apparently has little interest in football, only in furthering the cause of Brand Dubai? Sometimes, it's better the devil you know.

Hopefully they have learned a few lessons over the last couple of weeks about what's expected of them and by that I don't mean putting their hand in their pocket to sign snoogy doogy. Hopefully they've learned about acting with a bit of dignity and quiet...Hopefully.

Well, I'm almost scared to say anything.

But despite some unwarranted stick, anyone who bothers to look will see that what I've posted has been quite correct. As indeed have Raul and a few others.

I continue to say the following...

Nothing has changed. This deal was always going through, and there was always going to be an accompanying fanfare. What I didn't expect was the suicidal/infighting ideations this would arouse.

If those who are interested look harder at the (scant) details, it is FAR more telling by what has NOT happened.

Look at what has been said by Hicks (not his PR people... by himself). Gillet. Moores/Parry. Rafa. And most importantly of all, DIC. I won't do your research. YOU have a look at what has been written or said today, then come back and respond to my question. WHAT HAVE ANY OF THE PRINCIPLE PLAYERS ACTUALLY SAID TO MAKE YOU ALL SO ****ED OFF?

I know a hell of a lot more today than I did yesterday, from people at the heart of what is being thrashed out. I'm not ****ing saying another word... though one or two know. And I'm not self-flagellating.

There could be very different attitudes on here, sooner than anyone thinks.

Milkman he has been as reliable as you can be, he has got everything spot on so far, and has allways said that their was allways going to be this release and that still isnt the end of it

I trust as much as shawshanks on RAWK and he is normally faultless in info.

I'll ask you one question. To keep it simple for you all you have to do is answer "yes" or "no":

Are the plans for the 70,000 seater stadium announced today better than the 60,000 'Parrybowl' we were getting before G&H rode into town?

YES.

In fact, if the Yanks are bought out after the stadium has been started that would be ideal.

I don't think DIC were going to change the stadium plans, one of the reasons Moores went with the Yanks, so if and when the stadium is build we will have one thing to be thankful for.

The way the stadium will be paid for is my biggest problem with the Yanks, hence the reason I say in an ideal world DIC would buy us out after the stadium is started. I just don't think they have the capital to finance the building of the stadium, as well as the purchase of players to compete on all fronts for trophies.

I'm also not happy that Rafa is refusing to talk about what has happened at the club, leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Things are obviously still not rosy behind the scenes.

CAD I'm listening mate but explain this to me.

In regard the debts taken on by Kop football and LFC, can you shed light on how this part of the debt is to be paid off and who is liable for it. From my understanding of the legal position LFC won't be liable for Kop Football Ltd's debts or defaults. Given that LFC is the only asset of Kop football rom where will they be drawing down assets to pay back this loan? What happens to LFC if KFL defaults?

It's smoke and mirror finances mate. The whole fianancing shinbag is held together with rubber bands and sellotape. I think you may be disapointed if you think that Gillette and Hicks will fund us until the stadium is built. I think we'll see very meagre pickings transfer-wise until the stadium is built. Very meagre indeed.

LFC will pay dividends to the holding company-Kop football-which will cover the interest and debt repayments.Kop football has no assets other than LFC unless Hicks and Gilett have inserted some capital. Given their financial position and desire to cough up NOTHING of their own money this seems unlikely.It is a slight of hand. You , me and all the other fans will be paying off Hicks and Gilletts loan capital and interest as well as giving them a wodge of money for their own use. It will go into LFC then to Kop football then off to the USA for them to buy more swimming pools.
