Totally agree that Moores and Parry should have done their homework further. But at the moment it seems that Moores, Parry and Gillett are the only people high up in the club who "appear" to be on our side (in that they don't seem to agree with Hicks) and they could be the key to getting Hicks out!

Exactly, we need to focus on the vermon Hicks, we may well be relying on support from the other three to get rid of him.

We should reserve judgment on the rest of the board until Hicks is ousted.

Yes it's possible that Gillette vouched for Hicks as a good business partner so he slipped in under the radar. Especially if Gillette promised he'd be some kind of low-profile partner -which is how it was sold to us.

What good is that? We don't really know the facts about how Hicks got brought into the deal.

Hicks is the main problem, we can deal with the rest later.

Hasn't anybody sent this information to all the banksers involved as well as Gillett - so that they may see, what a *******........ they are up with.

I certainly dont think it can do any harm to make this information as open & widely available as possible. If it gets in the Echo & then the nationals, it can only damage G&H's chance of getting the RBS loan.

No bank would want to take on such a risk if it is likely that they won't be able to recoup their money as has been shown by previous form.

The yanks have been negotiating for so long to get this re-finance completed, yet are closing in on a month to go before their original loan expires and still the re-finance hasn't been closed. There must be hope for us yet, but we really need to make a concerted effort to show all involved that this re-finance is not the way forward for LFC.
