Cheers lads. OK to update, we have 22 people so far, which makes it £120.82 each, so we need to up the numbers a fair bit. Maybe if a mod could make this list a sticky, and we could then work on a way to arrange payment so everyone can pay peoperly, so with something like paypal.
Ideally we would like to have about 80 odd people atleast. Sure there are a few thousand members on here.

Bill shankly to Tommy Smith after he'd turned up for training with a bandaged knee:
'Take that poof bandage off, and what do you mean YOUR knee, it's LIVERPOOL'S knee !'

"Sorry, boss, I should have kept my legs together," said Lawrence. "No, Tommy, your mother should have kept her legs together!," replied Shankly.

Happy to contribute £120.82, or whatever is necessary (within reason). Let us know how to sort out payment Bazza.

Are we going for the ad in Hick's local paper then?

see what the general feeling is mate about the newspaper. I dont see why we should not go to Hicks local rag as it will hit him where it hurts.
I wont be accepting any payments until everyone agree to pay via a certain route and quickly, so we are not chasing people for money. I am thinking paypal is the best way to pay, if anyone has an opinion on it, they are more than welcome to express it.
Very generous of you Dhavlos, I feel like Dunk on here except without being quite the conman.

Paypal's nice and easy for me yeah. I take it Rawk etc have the Echo ad covered? I personally reckon we should go for the Texas ad. A bit of media coverage in Hicks' back yard could do him a bit of damage hopefully.

I'm in for a bit but can't afford too much but don't tell the wife as I told her we can't afford any new clothes for our 5 month old daughter!!
Also I don't wish to be sceptical but isn't the re-financing announcement tomorrow which would make this an excellent idea but too late?
Who's writing the copy? what is it going to say?
The King was back for a short while. Long live The King.

Some advice from someone who spent a few years in print advertising sales... NEVER pay full price. Most publishers are feeling the pinch these days and will give you space at a reduced rate, if you ask for it.

Print rate cards are pure speculative fiction.
