Your claim to buy Rafa "snoogy doogy" if he so wished is false, as instead of asking for snoogy doogy he has asked for Javier Mascherano and he hasnt been given him. That was a lie.

You have dragged this proud clubs name through the mud with the constant face off with Rafa. To poublicly announce you had spoken to Jurgen Klinsmann (who has never managed a club) about replacing Rafa was despicable. We have the best manager in the world already at the club. You stabbed him in the back.

Just accept you have bitten off more than you can chew. To run Liverpool Football Club is not just a part time thing you can do from the other side of the world. It has to be a passion, and you have to spend your own money to do it. We have no interest in people like you that are only here to try and make money out of us.

Take the offer of a quick buck from DIC and let this club claw back its decency again. The fans dont want you.

Mr. Hicks, the media in Britain today is a wash with rumors of a bid for your shares from Dubai International Capital, most notably from the BBC who are not known for rumour mongering. In light of these stories people using LFC message boards on the web were excited at the prospect of such a thing happening. DIC were the backers we wanted in the first place and we'd hate to see them walk away again.

If yourself and Mr. Gillett had came to Liverpool an backed up your promises there really wouldn't be a problem...however, you haven't.

Can you please explain to me why, after saying that you wouldn't place the debt of your purchase against the club, you are about to do so?

Your loans and interest repayments are threatening the very existance of our club and the only people who stand to lose out are, us, the fans. If your plans fail, which I have every reason to think they will, you will walk away without having lost a scent, because you haven't put any money in to the club, and it'll be the supporters who are left to pick up the pieces of the mess. Leeds United are a prime example, have a look at their recent history, only 4 years ago they were playing Premiershp football, six years ago they were Champions League semi-finalists, and their board of directors decided to take the path that you and Mr. Gillett are taking. They're now playing third division football due to not having the right resources to pay their debts. It was meltdown there and that is what we, as a club, are now facing with your proposals.

The money apparently being offered to yourselves would hand you a tidy profit which could take years for you to recieve if you keep control of your shares. I would ask you why you would chose not to accept this? The people we want to be be our custodians are dangling an olive branch in front of the fans and we know their credentials for making succesful sporting clubs are excellent. They would be able to ensure the future of the club is safe. Something that you and Mr. Gillett cannot guarantee.

If you are so confident that your plans will succeed then why aren't you putting your own money in instead of the planned loans? Or, at the very least, why aren't the loans being secured against your own personal assets?

The future of our club's existance appears to be grave yet you don't seem to care. If you really did you would concede that the best thing for you to do is give the fans what they want.

What we want is for you to either A) Secure the loans against your own assets. Or B) Sell the club to some one who is prepared to do just that.

As I said to you in an earlier e-mail. There are protests planned and they are being conducted by RTK (Reclaim The Kop) who are the official voice of the supporters. These will start on Monday at the match against Aston Villa. As you will not be at the match Foster Gillett will be the target of these protests. The protests will not stop there either...they will continue. If you need any evidence to back this up you only have to look at The Sun Newspaper here in Britain. We started a campaign against them for the lies they told after the tradgedy at Hillsborough 19 years ago. That campaign still goes on to this day. A campaign against yourself would become almost as bad, if not worse. The one thing about scousers is that we make great friends but we're horrible enemies.

I hate seeing our club's name dragged through the mud but it has been recently because of the revelations about your intentions and your meetings with Jurgen Klinsmann. You said that you wanted to find out about European Soccer from him. Well I'd ask you this. Why didn't you just ask the manager of the club you own? He's far more experienced. You have made a lot of bad decisions where we're concerned and you appear to be on the verge of making the worst decision of all.

Please, Mr. Hicks, do the right thing. Do not play with our clubs future and accept the proposals put to you by Dubai International Capital.
