I think its probably that a protest during the game would be picked up by the cameras, whereas before and after would fall on deaf "American" ears mate.

Wrong.

No one is complaining about the stadium debt being put against the club. We all accept that's something that would and will rightly happen. We were under no illusions there.

What the protests are for is the debt of the owners purchase being put against the club to the tune of £350m...That's before an additional £300m loan has to be taken out for the stadium!!

So in effect the owners are 'doing a Glazer'! Perhaps the person who wrote the article should do his research before writing such ill informed rubbish.

Exactly I was about to write more or less the same thing.

It's odd that the Daily Post would get something like this so wrong!
