    How did you get that figure Tom ?

    Roughly I arrived at net spend of £ 16m this season.

      Leto could be on the way to River Plate for £1.9m. That would take it down to around one million.
      Just believe and you never know what will happen.

      According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

        No way, not even a full season send him out on loan to Blackburn or Birmingham or somebody of that ilk where he can pick up games and experience, he is by FAR the outstanding talent in the reserves.

          Make sure that goes towards Mascharano now and not the first installment for the loan.

          To be honest I don't think we would have sold momo if we were not going to make the MAsch deal permanent.

            £8 mill for Momo is an amazing piece of business considering his form over the past year or so.
            Also Hobbs playing a full 2nd half of the season will set him up for next year nicely.












            Now, if we can just get rid of these pesky Yanks...........

              9 million incoming for momo.

                              The way this is being rushed through tells me we're either going to sign Masher or that Rafa was told to bring in money to fund the purchase of the young Slovak defender.
