I guess it's about 6 months interest. We'll get rid of Kewell and Riise in August, Kuyt next December, Alonso August '09, then sell Gerrard to see us through until the stadium is built. Our midfield will be Hobbs and Guthrie, but never fear because Torres will score 80 goals a season.

Sissoko - Being over-loaded in central midfield, Sissoko is the odd man out. (although, surely Rafa has sanctioned this on the basis that he'll have 4 top quality central midfielders to still call upon, rather than 3 )

He was superb before the injury, dog**** afterwards. However, unless he has lost both eyes, a healed injury is no excuse for the embarassingly dire "skills" and "performances" we've had to endure since he came back.

And people say that you don't become a bad player overnight - on the contrary! Good riddance.

No way, not even a full season send him out on loan to Blackburn or Birmingham or somebody of that ilk where he can pick up games and experience, he is by FAR the outstanding talent in the reserves.
